“super nice teacher! i had a great time and i have never done bikram before but with the instructors help, it was a great experience. the locker rooms were very cool because they had samples of products for us to take home and try. would defiantly recommend 10/10. also, there was a great taco place right next door that made a great after class snack.”

“The Bar is awesome! Being new to lifting, Chris has done a wonderful job helping me learn the correct way to lift! The Bar has a completely different atmosphere (in a good way) from a typical fitness center with its high quality equipment, loud music, and a sense of community.
