Melanie and Tiffany were tremendous and so knowledgeable as we tried to decide what to do. They gave us all the information we needed and made great points and suggestions without putting pressure on us and then gave us space to make a decision. They were wonderful and made everything so easy! Before getting to the store, Tom helped us work out the original online order. He was so helpful and even measured his car that was the same as ours to be sure we knew if the glider would fit once we got there.
