“I've been coming here with friends and family for about 15 years and it is never a disappointment. The park is kept clean and there are tons of picnic tables and gathering areas even for the largest groups. They are all spaced out so that way no one is ever on top of each other. Great place to visit and have a nice day outside with family and friends!”

“Much better experience than several years ago. Last time is stayed in 2013 or 2014 they had crazy renovation. Was difficult to enjoy or be comfy there. Now the staff is very pleasant, rooms were well kept, gym and pool area clean and glad it was available to use... and no issues what so ever, even with this polar vortex hitting us. Overall, great place to stay when making road trips or need a few days to relax.”

“This place is a very nice place in the Elgin area. I took a friend of mine out for a nice dinner on NYE, and we had a great time. Our server was very nice and friendly. The food was delicious. We ate in the main dining room and definitely enjoyed our meal and conversation. Our only issue was that it was a little loud because it was NYE. They had a DJ/karaoke thing going on in the bar area, so that made it a little harder to talk.”
