This is the second tatoo he's done for my wife, and my first from Johnny. He took the ideas that we brought and took the best parts of each and incorporated them into a custom design. He really took his time in setting up, understanding that it's a lifetime deal, perfection matters. And he is a perfectionist!great long straight lines and flawless shading. A true professional. I'd highly recommend him for anything, he's first and foremost an artist, great drawing. And second, a detailed perfectionist. He's not afraid to try new things, but he really takes it with the heavy consequences it deserves. Check this place out!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Willy. He's not normally at this store, but he was helping Adam out. It was my first time here as I recently moved into the area, and I have to say that my oil change experience was awesome. They even pointed out some of the stupidity of my Toyota dealer, such as installing my directional tires backwards, which were causing my car to have less traction and wear out quicker. Willy was extremely knowledgeable and really helpful. I will definitely visit this location again, and I hope I can work with Willy again!”

“I always have great service at this branch, but today was above and beyond. Just when I've been feeling that customer service in general has really declined, I was pleasantly surprised today by a teller at this location. Besides being very sweet and efficient while helping me, I needed a stamp and asked if the bank sold them. She apologized that they did not. Then she went into her purse and gave me one of her own. She could have easily made me go across the street to the post office and get one. It blew me away!! This is way above and beyond. She's a truly kind person to do that for a complete stranger. I tried to call the branch to tell her manager that she should be recognized for this, but couldn't get through to anyone. I'll keep trying. I wish I would have gotten her name. Thank you so much for helping me out. You're a true role model for customer service excellence! I won't forget this !!”
