(September 11, 2018, 12:40 pm)I love this gym!! Everyone is friendly and knows you by name! All the trainers are there to help you! Very clean facility. I started personal training and I am so happy I did! Ridge told me to give him a chance - just one week and if I didn’t like it or him then I could be done... I’m glad I gave him a shot! He’s friendly, motivating and doesn’t let me die! ????

She gets to know you as a person and is truly invested in how she can best help you reach your goals; not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I really enjoy the cleanliness of the club, the helpful and friendly staff and the family type atmosphere at the Manteno location!
