  The technicians who have assisted us with a few issues have been wonderful to deal with--very knowledgeable and the price is fair. Previously I posted a negative review of this company but have since changed my mind after dealing with them further. I do believe the cost of the new furnace and central air unit was very fair and the customer service is good and response very timely.

  Our air went out on memorial day weekend. They came to repair on Monday less than 3 hours after we called them. Super friendly and efficient.

  In the last 10 days I have had to call upon Heatwave for my mothers house. The first time, the heat went out and the serviceman came and found that the electronic board needed to be replaced. At 6:00 pm another worker had to go to the shop and open it up to try and find a matching board - they did. And drove straight out here where the both of them repaired the system.
  The second time I had them out to the house because I smelled burning wires and thought it was the HVAC system. They came out, did a full inspection and assured me it was not. Plus they did not charge me for the call. I later found that it was my mothers dishwasher.
  In both instances, with all three of the guys that came here, they were professional, courteous, and ensured I knew exactly what they were doing. This definitely is the company to call.

  I am a first time homeowner and called Heatwave when my furnace started to not work properly. They responded to my call right away. Jake, the tech guy, was ready to go at my house 15 minutes early, too. He was time efficient, honest with what route I should go to completely fix the problem, and extremely helpful with financing options. I will definitely recommend Heatwave to my friends and family.
