(July 6, 2017, 1:20 pm)Firstly, in full disclosure I must say that I have bought a large number of L&n Engineering products. I run a large exotic car repair center and deal with multiple vendors. The things that set L&n engineering apart from other innovative suppliers is the way they treat customers who have a question or need help after the sale.
I called and spoke to Nicole the other day about a problem that I had with one of their kits. Even though I had purchased a bearing kit from WorldPac they took care of my issue. No run around. No excuses. No problem. They shipped out the part that day and I had it two days later. Talk about AMAZING customer service. Also much thanks to John in sales. Very great guy to deal with. He took care of a couple little parts I needed with lightning fast speed and NO cost to me.
As a professional it sure is nice to deal with other professionals who value their customers and support their products after the sale. Can say enough about Nicole and John.
