  I could not be more pleased. Good honest people that stand behind there product. I had them replace the transmission in my truck in Feb of 2018, about three weeks ago, I noticed a couple of drips of transmission fluid coming from my truck, it had also started making a strange noise when in drive or reverse, but not park or neutral, I knew I was getting very close to the end of the warranty, so needless to say, I was worried I was going to have another big bill for this truck. A phone call and Nick recommended bringing the truck up to there shop, he said he would work it into there schedule , and keep me updated, which he did, very promptly, I received several phone calls to keep me informed, Nick also called when they found the problem, (a defective seal). Nick called just this past Monday to let me know my truck was ready, Imagine my shock when I asked what the bill was, and he told me THERE WAS NO BILL!!! It was no charge. I had expected they would try to find a reason to charge me something, and I was ready to argue about it. I am still stunned, a good/honest business that actually DOES stand behind its product and warranty. In this day and age of consumer's constantly getting screwed over, Shift Rite is a rare exception. I only wish they were closer!!!

  Called in with a problem I was experiencing. Nick was able to help diagnose the issue over the phone. He has been great to work with and I feel very comfortable bringing my truck here for work.

  Did a ton of research online, but at the end of the day calling them is what sold me. Very helpful, informative and polite. I purchased a new transmission which came two days later, perfect in every way. Better shifts than OEM, it's been over a month of flawless performance. A six star company for sure.

  I had my 2004 Buick Rainier transmission and transfer case rebuilt at Shift Rite, and picked up the SUV on this past Monday ( 9-19-18 ), and noticed the gas mileage jumped almost 5 mpg on the way back home, it shifts nice and firm, and we couldn't be more pleased. The price was reasonable, and the work can be done at their location, as we had it done, and they even changed my transmission cooler lines, as they noticed they were pretty rusty. I would recommend this place for all your transmission work, and no, I do not get any price break or such for writing this review, I'm doing this to let everyone know they do GREAT WORK!!
