    We had a lovely time. It was just a one-night getaway from reality. We then were awakened by other guests kids at 4 am with loud banging on our door until 5 am when we just decided to leave because the kids were not being caught. Front desk personnel were very apologetic.

    We stayed 4 nights and we're very comfortable in the room and with the friendly faces of the staff. All them are great, but we enjoyed a conversation with Diane, Beth and Elizabeth. We always enjoy breakfast, especially the french toast and the omlettes. We'll be back!!!

    Overall experience was good. Issues I had where minimum and didn't hurt the overall stay at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. Place was very clean and presentable. Plenty of space in the room with good pillows and blankets. Few complainants would be they charge extra for the breakfast from a already elevated price. The toilets are to close to the tube and to far from the TP. At least in the suite I stayed in. There is no phones in the room to call the lobby for issues. Had to track down external number. Free WiFi was a bit sluggish when streaming a few basic items. Last item was the screen in the window was lose so it rattled in the wind at night causing an annoyance while trying to sleep. Covered the sound with fan.

    Room was clean, front desk was friendly during check in. Bartender was very good and knew her drinks. Breakfast was made to order our buffet... Your choice.

    Had a great time staying here for an event with a bunch of friends and families. Very accommodating. Put us all on the same floor side by side without having to ask. Great and friendly staff. Definitely will stay here next time we're in town.
