As a woman, it's not easy understand the mechanics of a car; he simplified it for me to explain to my husband. I was pleased with the communication and how he updated me with the process. He was very close to the target date of completing my car. The insurance held up the process; which push the date back. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. My car is back to normal and looked like a brand new car. I also was excited that my car was very clean inside and out. Thank you for the amazing job. “4 years ago a coworker (who's brother used to be a local mechanic and told her West Side was the best place to take her car) referred me to West Side Tire for my needed car repairs. Another coworker said they also went to there because they were honest and did good work. Having an older car I didn't know at the time the many needs my car was about to have and I have not only never regretted going there, but feel blessed to have found them. They have been honest, accommodating, kind, understanding, and have done great work on not only my car but my family's vehicles. I can't say enough good things about this family run business and have confidence in referring others there because I know they will also be treated with honesty, great customer service, and have their repairs done correctly...something I had not experienced at the 3 previous places I had gone. Recently they went above and beyond to quickly get my daughter's car back in safe condition with new tires in less time and for less cost than she had anticipated. Now she will be able to drive her son, my grandson, to Indianapolis to leave for Marine boot-camp, something she didn't think she was going to be able to do.
