(October 23, 2018, 11:23 pm)Driving down the interstate I lost power in my F250 power stroke so I pulled in to the nearest Ford dealership. Mike and his staff diagnosed my truck with a blown Turbo. I was quoted 13 hours of labor and an additional 2 hours for an oil pan replacement that I wanted replaced. During the repair I was told this and that took longer so I fully expected a larger bill on labor. Upon arrival to pick up my truck I saw the bill reflected exactly the quoted hours of labor. The original total quote came in at 4000.00 for just the turbo but when all was said and done with additional oil pan and other parts the job came in at 3873.00. Traveling like I do it is nice to see an honest and accurate service department. Thanks!
