“Self service dog wash was convenient and my dog, who hates water, was rather relaxed after a bit in the warm water. Because it's February in the Chicagoland area I used the high powered dryer which immediately made him cold though it was better than bringing him outside while wet. I would have given a 5 Star rating if the dryer was warm and/or if the cost was lower.”
