Our house was on the market right before the holidays and there wasn't much action. Ryan encouraged us to leave it on the market saying, "if it's not on the market, it won't sell".Right after the holidays it sold. Our thanks to Ryan for all his patience and service in getting our house sold.

(February 1, 2019, 2:53 pm)Ryan walked me through every step of the selling process. He initially called me when i was selling my home and offered me a flat fee to list it. I asked so many questions and he answered all of them very promptly. I ended up saving money on the commission to list my house which was a huge amount. He went above and beyond what a regular flat fee listing broker would normally do so i would recommend you go this route!

(December 12, 2018, 2:31 pm)Overall we were very happy with the process of selling our home with Ryan. We were selling a bigger home, so it took some time on the market, but not too bad. Ryan had good suggestions, if I had taken every piece of advice he gave me, the house probably would have sold quicker. He was very quick to respond to questions, wasn't pushy or over bearing, and negotiated well for us. We do recommend Ryan, especially for all the money he saved us with his flat fee service.
