(July 17, 2018, 5:42 pm)There's so many reasons why I love this place. The coaches are top notch, and they really truly care about the kids and their families. There is a family atmosphere and everyone encourages each other to achieve the goals they set out for themselves. Definitely not your average run of the mill martial arts dojo. Do yourself a favor and check them out by taking a 1 on 1 class.

(June 28, 2018, 10:02 pm)This place is fantastic! My 2 seven year old kids go twice a week and love it. The coaches are very nice and engaging, especially for the kids. They care about how the kids behave during class, at home and at school. They actively look for feedback from parents and teachers to make sure the kids are respectful but also to make sure the kids are supportive of everyone (aka no bullying). Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend checking them out.

It has been great place for our daughter to learn self defense, self esteem, and leadership all wrapped into one package.

My children are learning about respect, self - worth, self - confidence, discipline, and awareness. As a former high school wrestler who hasn't seen a mat in decades, they have helped me become healthier, too. This is so much more than a twice per week class!

Coach David was so welcoming and personable and we have been so happy with the progress our son has made. Coach Tommy and all the other coaches are wonderful, encouraging and extremely patient!
