Bryan & Anthony - cleaned & protected the wood floor, looks like new. I admit I was skeptical on the protectant but they were right. Floor has looked this good in 20 years.

I used Stanley Steamer and was very happy with their service. The staff are terrific to work with. :)
I had my hardwood floors cleaned, carpets cleaned along with tile/grout. Willy and Brady walked through the house first, identifying any trouble areas. They setup very quickly making sure to take care to not scuff walls and floors. After each area was complete they would ask me to check the area to make sure that it met with my expectations as well as inspecting any areas with stains.
In regards to the hardwood cleaning, I've read several reviews which gave Stanley Steemer very poor reviews. I made sure to talk to Willy & Brady about the reason for the poor reviews (or service) and they stated that it is typically the result of a technician not taking proper precautions. Regardless of the other reviews, the results of my floor cleaning were spectacular.
The other company I scheduled for today flaked out and was really disappointing, I went online and scheduled with Stanley Steamer for today at 1:19 for a time slot of 1-4. Right before 2pm, Stanley Steamer pulls up. They were gone before 2:30. My carpet looks awesome and it was so painless to get this done the same day within two hours of me scheduling....I will never call Sears or any other Carpet Cleaning company again.
