Very friendly and helpful employees. They genuinely want to help, even if it meana not making a sale. Their honesty and eagerness to assist is really what wins me over with this place. Highly recommended

I took a trip down memory lane when I entered the feed store having gone there in the 70's and 80's with my Grandma and Grandpa. I can still see the talking crow that was out front. A lot has changed in Grayslake, it's nice to see that this landmark hasn't much.

This is great place to buy dog food. They carry all good quality pet food. If you need something they don’t carry they will try and custom order it. Great service! Great prices! Great people!

Have been shopping here for dog and cat food for years. Love that I can call in an order and have someone else grab it for me if I can't get over there during the day. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful and I adore the shop cats!

Prices are affordable and the staff is friendly. I've needed some less than common grains and they've offered to source them for me which was great. Helped me make sure I was buying the right products too when I was asking about some stuff. Come here every couple weeks now and it's always a fun little trip!
