    Visited in January, so it was quite cold and windy, but it was still a beautiful walk! There are also charming educational signs around the lake, so it'd be a great location to take kids. Parking was easy, and the view of the greenery was lovely.

    Beautiful and very well kept, the park closes at sunset. The trails are nice and wide, and theyre always adding new things. Can be a bit crowded at times, but overall, this is a great place for picnics, running, biking you name it.

    Held a birthday party here. The areas have already been clean and well kept. I would recommend this forest preserve if you like trees, birds, wildlife, a nice pond/lake. You can fish off of any one of the many piers. There is no swimming or boating that I know of. There are plenty of pathways to walk, and a a couple of the sights have volleyball options. All in all a really nice place to be if you enjoy the outdoors.

    Great place for a walk! Most trails are not paved, which I love about it, but not a place for skaters or wheelchair users. The restrooms I visited are basically covered outhouses, so if you have a baby, be aware you really can't effectively change them in there. Has big pavilions for gatherings too.
