I’ve gotten two sets of boots from them and they are the best boots I’ve ever had. Usually the leather rips on my boots but their boots hold their value. We used him for both our auto and home policy - needing a claim on both (home suffered storm damage, car involved in an accident a year later) and he was AWESOME every step of the way. I've never, ever seen someone so responsive to emails or phone calls. I literally called him before anyone else after my car accident and he had everything going before the police could finish the report. I highly recommend Richard for any insurance needs - he also got us the best pricing in the area. I don't recall how I found him as an agent but we are so glad we did!”
