  We just completed a kitchen renovation with Icon Building Group. We could not be happier with the process and the end result. A special shout out to Sorin Marinca, our Icon Project Manager. He was incredible to deal with, on top of the project at each step and offered valuable advice throughout the project. It was a very good experience.

  We built a custom new construction dream home with Icon Building Group (finished October 2018). Our experience was AMAZING! Due to our busy work schedules and being pregnant with our third child, the task of building a home was overwhelming. From the first day we met Charlie, we knew that we would be working with an honest, professional, and dedicated team of people. He never gave any pressure and we really appreciated that he wanted to get to know us and our needs before we even began talking about the details. Sean was helpful to oversee and hold everyone accountable to make sure the house was built on time without missing any details. Mark is an exceptional person and was instrumental in our selections process. Mark always accommodated our schedules and made some of the tedious meetings so much more fun. Our kids absolutely adore him too! Kristi helped design and adjust our kitchen cabinet layout, giving many helpful pointers to make our kitchen functional and customized to our needs. Chris was absolutely dedicated to the timeline and we cannot believe the home was built in 5 months, right on schedule! Chris was very responsive, made sure our questions were always answered and was devoted to executing everything to the highest level. He ensured that we were satisfied with how everything was going at every step of the way and even after we closed. The end product was beyond our expectations. It was truly unbelievable to see everything come to life. We will highly recommend Icon Building Group to anyone seeking to build a high quality custom home with great customer service!

  We built a custom home with Icon Building Group while living overseas and were thrilled with the organization and service we received during the process. They really go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of the right way. Communication and follow through are top notch. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Icon Building Group. Chris, Sean and Charlie were a pleasure to work with and incredibly professional, responsive and helpful from start to finish. From coming up with creative ideas during the architecture and design process, all the way through to taking care of things after the build, we are extremely satisfied with our experience with Icon.

  We recently used Icon Building Group for the construction of our new home (finished July 2018). From start to finish, this operation is truly first class. Every detail was addressed and accounted for. From the architectural plans to the finished product, someone was always available to us to answer questions should they arise. We were so pleased with the process and how smoothly (and quickly) things went. Sean Burke was teriffic and had great ideas along the way. Chris Bond was our site manager and went above and beyond with his attention to detail. He always made sure our concerns were addressed and he checked/double checked to make sure things were just right. He met with us before or after work to accommodate our schedules and was always polite, responsive and smiling. He ensured us that things would be just as we wanted them and he was spot on. His attention to detail showed through from the first day we met him and continued through the day we closed. Bottom line, we absolutely love our home and would recommend Icon Building Group to all of our family and friends. If you need specifics, Icon will give you my number and we can chat!
