  Good grocery store overall. Has a long history in the area as it used to be the only real grocery store back in the day. However, the prices are now mid-range and there are cheaper options or better quality elsewhere. They do not have a great selection of seasoned meats (e.g. only one flavor of chicken), and their prepared BBQ skewers were not as good as you could make at home yourself with ingredients they sell in their own store. So room for improvement there.

  Review is for pharmacy! Amazing care on a holiday week from this pharmacy team. Got a call that our meds were in - 9 minutes before close. She said she’d wait for my husband to arrive, not to rush. We were treated with such care…just one person can make such a different experience. Definitely going to change our pharmacy to Jewel on Ela.

  The BEST Jewel ever! While some other pharmacies are turning walk-ins away who is looking to get vaccinated (you would think that getting vaccinated would be encouraged!), the Jewel on Ela have always accommodated us and our busy schedules! Not only is the pharmacy dept flexible and accommodating, the staff are so friendly!
  Great customer service is also evident in other departments especially their floral department. Today, I needed white flowers of a specific variety. The staff at the Jewel floral department were amazing! They went above and beyond helping me find exactly what I needed. Customer service everywhere has suffered since covid, but this Jewel has proven that being kind to others and being good at your job still exists. Thank you to all the staff members that made my day a little bit brighter!

  Nice Jewel in a convenient residential location. Relatively modern renovations, large produce and deli departments. Staff is always willing to help and the store is well stocked and kept clean. Not as heavily trafficked as some other locations which is very nice.
