  I had joe for about 4 years and he and state farm was great someone on my policy got a couple minor accidents and rates jump not his fault it was ours had to switch. Went to farmers and it was horrible but had to stay there for a year and now I'm back and happy . I live about 45 min away but I came back to him becouse of how I was always treated wouldn't take my business anywhere else.

  I have had many different insurance agents over the years and most of them have done an adequate job. I met Joe McNamara approximately 12 years ago and decided to try him as our insurance agent for Auto Insurance. He is an excellent, full service insurance agent, but he is much more.
  
  As a business owner, I really respect the way he goes the extra mile to make sure I have had a smooth experience when I have needed the insurance service. In addition, he really stays in touch and has found a number of ways to help me that I would of never thought of as the job of an insurance agent. He has helped with networking in several areas.
  
  With the many ways he finds to add value, I would never think of using another agent.

  We had a great experience with Joe and his office recently when my wife's car was hit from behind by a driver with sub-standard insurance. Luis assured us we did not need to worry about the sub-standard insurance, took care of us and had a rental car lined up at a reputable body shop close to home. The car is back a week ahead of schedule and looks great, and the body shop worked with our agent to get quick approval on the estimate. Thanks to Joe and his staff for making this as painless as possible.

  Cant speak highly enough about Joe Mac and his team. I have all of my insurance policies through them because they are always very responsive and help walk you though the process when you have a claim. The support staff is top notch. I refer as many people and I can!
