Companion Lake Zurich

I had to bring my kitten here as an emergency because he wasn't drinking or eating water and they were able to squeeze me in which I was so appreciative of. I can't express enough how kind and helpful the staff was. Between the doctors, the tech, the receptionist - all around a 5 star staff. I've had experiences with other vets offices being rude towards me so this was a surprising experience as I just chose to go to this location at random in leu of the emergency I had. I was impressed at how thoroughly they explained all the information I needed to know and the costs of everything. I could tell that they genuinely cared about getting my kitten the care he needs. I felt like they really listened to everything I had to say and all of my questions. It's important to note, my kitten is back to eating and drinking water as normal after the appointment. Hands down my favorite vet in LZ now. :)

I took my rescue kitten to Companion Animal Hospital in Lake Zurich and could not have had a better experience. Upon my first call to their location they were able to articulate to me the out-of-pocket costs for the procedure so I could be prepared. The day before the procedure they called me to remind me about withholding food and water before surgery. And then they called me back to make sure I understood the cost and to see if I had any questions. When I dropped the kitten off I got such a good vibe from the place that I got her outstanding booster shot done while I was there. While she was under they trimmed her nails at no cost to me. A nice touch. When she was ready I got a call to come get her. At pickup post surgical treatment was explained to me. The next day they called to see how she was doing. I own a pet sitting service and use lots of vets. This was a top notch experience from booking to recovery. Thank You!

The staff and vets at Companion Animal Hospital Lake Zurich are extremely knowledgeable and delivers great care each time! Whether it’s spaying your dog or cat, preventative care, or urgent services the team is always consistent, caring and considerate of the pets in care and their families as well. This team delivers by far service that is in my opinion worth driving over an hour for and I have because they are a team you can truly trust! Thank you for taking great care of my fur babies!
