He replied to my comments and took care of the concerns raised by me promptly. It seems old manager and staff that worked at this location has been replaced. The new management is good. “Excellent distributor of fine tiles that are mainly in stone and porcelain with some ceramic… Their main warehouse is in Michigan and can usually have product shipped within three days unless it’s a special order… Calibrations of the tiles for thickness and size are spot on which makes for an easier installation with tighter grout lines and a much better finished look in your home or business”
