After several others couldn't fix/diagnose an issue with my SubZero fridge, Orrett from Pinnacle Appliance knew the issue right away. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, would recommend.
Called before coming, ON-TIME, prepared, knowledgeable, efficient, covered my stove, done in 45 minutes (shook my hand, which I like). Orrett fixed my Broan stove hood.

They are highly skilled technicians that service appliances like coolers, freezers, ovens, ranges etc. I have used them on several HVAC/R related projects. They are always highly dependable. I would recommend Pinnacle Appliance to anyone needing appliance service.
This is a one man shop and the owner knows the appliances that he services through training and experience, is honest, polite, shows up on time and will fix your appliance. He carries a decent amount of parts in his truck so you might get it fixed in the first service call, it has worked that way for me. I do not know what else to say other than I am a real customer, not a fake reviewer.
