(January 29, 2019, 7:16 pm)Took car in for check engine light. They couldn't find the true reason, but replaced the plugs as they were dirty. Car seems to run better but still get the check engine light. Took it in for follow-up and they could not get it to come on again so still in dark as to why, but give them an A+ for trying so hard.

It was a difficult decision for myself but John Ippolito was very helpful, patient and worked with me through the process. He showed nothing but a positive attitude and made my experience a memorable one. Not just was the sales professional helpful but so was the general manager and finance manager.

(December 31, 2018, 12:32 pm)I continue to be amazed with the performance level of my 2018 Toyota Highlander as well as the wonderful team at Garber Toyota in Fox Lake. I am not very car savvy in general but I do know MY car. I 100% trust my Highlander in all types of weather conditions. I couldn’t say that for the last vehicle I owned. My husband has been buying his cars at Toyota for many years and he feels very confident in the service staff as well. It took me a long time to switch over to Toyota myself but now I wonder what took me so long! Best decision I’ve made in a long time!
