“I was in again today and had an amazing experience. The entire team is friendly and always very helpful. Kayla is my go to girl for EVERYTHING!!!! She’s amazing. I read the review posted below and was actually in the salon when this encounter took place. The lady was told she could leave without paying because she was unhappy with the cut. It was not rude or malicious in any way. The customer was kept in the loop the entire time regarding the child’s haircut and how the end result would be based on what she wanted. In many opinions of those that were there this customer was the rude one, not the other way around.”
