    I got my lasik done at Jackson Eye last month ,really a wonderful experience got my eyes fixed with out any complications,next day i was able to drive to work.Dr.jackson and all his staff are great. very professional,friendly , helpful, they all are the best team ,highly recommend this place for lasik and other eye issues.

    The staff at Jacksoneye is welcoming, courteous, and knowledgeable. The technicians are fabulous and make the eye testing a breeze. Dr. Mitchell Jackson knows how to hire! Dr. Jackson is intelligent, experienced, and his continued education is impressive. (He's quite witty too!) I've been going to Jacksoneye for at least 5 year now. Who thought going to the ophthalmologist would be a good experience?

    My experience with Dr. Jackson, and his entire staff was excellent.

    What I am writing about is the e-mail I got about the "NEW PORTAL".

    It says to contact the administrator, but it does not give any name or direction on how to do that.

    I tried to do a respond to the e-mail but I can't do that.

    You need to make this "PORTAL" easier to use if that is something you are trying to do.

    Good luck. Let me know if you get things fixed, or easier to use.
