  This is a great place to pick up a new motorcycle or ORV. They have a knowledgeable parts team who are great at finding cheap parts, or more quality parts depending on your price range. The shop does great work and are friendly. Pretty much the only place around the area anymore that can fulfill all of your needs. I'd highly recommend them to anyone of my friends or family. 10 out of 10.

  Absolutely incredible customer service. People saying they're not greeted immediately after walking in the door must be used to car salesman mentality. The people here are as friendly as it gets. They will not hound you as you shop, but if you ask for help from any associate, they will be more then happy to oblige. The parts and service department is second to none. Happy to help you work through issues rather then just sell and move on. Exceptional store, exceptional service.

  I have been doing business with Nielsen since the early eighties with snowmobile, Jetski, motorcycle and ATV purchases. They have never failed to deliver an exceptional product or service. They have long time employees which says a lot for their business. I just picked up a new Kawasaki UTV and their price was as good as any others on-line. All of the sales staff is friendly, not pushy, will let you browse at your speed. The service department can't be beat. The parts guys all understand what you are trying to explain what/where that part is/goes. I will always return.

  Great selection, comfortable facility. But I have to echo countless other reviews that getting someone to talk to you is like pulling teeth. We walked around for 15-20 minutes before anyone even greeted us, even though they would make eye contact. In the end we had to approach an employee ourselves and ask if any sales staff were available.
  
  When you do get someone though they are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I ended up buying a bike from here.
