  I just wanted everyone to know I switched pool companies this year. I switched to Aqua Spa in Lindenhurst because I was extremely disappointed in the other pool company I was using. I redid my concrete around the pool for the 2nd time in five years, built a huge pool house and a pavilion, and converted my pool to salt water. With that being said I had a lot going on this summer in my back yard. I was a a huge pain in the butt to Aqua Spa. I had so many questions and so many concerns. I felt bad for bugging them so much. However, they never made me feel like I was bugging them. They made me feel important and made me fell my business was important to them. They were extremely professional and held my hand every step of the way. It seems like these days people only complain and are always looking for something free. I wanted to give credit where credit is due. GREAT JOB AQUA SPA!!! You have a lifetime customer!! Thanks again for all of your hard work this summer!!

  Just purchased a pool from Aqua Pool and Spa Pros. Karrol was extremely helpful throughout the process. We started looking for a pool with another store, but they were not very helpful and did not follow up with us. Aqua Pool continued to communicate with us and won our business. Highly recommend.

  Aqua Pool & Spa went above and beyond....my wife and I purchased our house with a hot tub and anyone with one can relate that it needs maintenance and care, Aqua Pool & Spa has always been our preferred place due to the personnel touch, their customer service and their spa advice. I prefer supporting them than any other website store. Support your local independently owned business.
