I have used Northshore care for my needs for over 8years. I have never had a messed up order. They even send me samples to try. If you use their regular shipping, it is very reasonable and my products normally arrive in 2 days. Do not recommend you use higher priced alternatives. All the products I have used are excellent. The consistency of quality is excellent. Everyone to whom I have spoken, has been very kind and helpful. If someone cannot help you, ask for a supervisor. This company is amazing and I recommend them to anyone with incontinence issues. I also save the product numbers that I use and the description. It makes ordering easier.
