OUTSTANDING SERVICE - I used to think that all insurance companies were the same. My opinion changed radically when I transferred from a popular "internet based" insurance company to Chap Waters State Farm Insurance. I was amazed at the high level of professionalism of all the State Farm employees I have had contact with, in addition to their extremely responsive and pro-active customer service. My Agent, Kerianne, is always available to answer whatever questions I have, and has repeatedly gone above and beyond to ensure that any claims I had were handled quickly. I am extremely pleased with State Farm and the exemplary service I have received. One final note, I get this personalized best-in-class service for $300 less per year than what I was paying my previous insurance company which uses a lizard for a spokesperson.

The staff at Chap Waters agency is so very helpful. I find everyone in the office to be patient, kind, and well informed. After a horrible flood this summer, I could rely on them to help us through and answer all of our questions thoroughly and timely. I don't think anyone really enjoys having to deal with their insurance company because it usually means that some event happened. However, in the event that you do need to deal with an insurance company, Chap Waters (with Kerianne and Stacy) have been so helpful. They're quick to respond, knowledgable, and compassionate. Kerianne has been extremely patient with my numerous emails walking me through the process of what happens after an accident since it was our first major accident. I called (Chap Waters) State Farm office to remove a family vehicle that is currently not being driven. I was told by the rep (I believe her name is Stacia, I don’t even know if I heard her correctly) who advised me on something that I had never heard of which was the “storage coverage.” Of all the years that I have had auto insurance I never was told of such a thing so I was greatly appreciative of her not only educating me on what that type of coverage entailed, but that she also explained to me how the bill would be adjusted with this new coverage. She was so kind and so helpful and so informative that I even thanked her for allowing me to learn something new today therefore making me feel just a little bit smarter. My family has been with (Chap Waters) State Farm insurance company for too many years for me to remember. I am always a happy customer when I hang up the phone after speaking with somebody from his office. His staff is so friendly and personable.
