(January 7, 2019, 4:27 pm)I only have good things to say about this shop. I have been coming here for more than 4 yrs now and never they never disappointed me. I come here for oil changes, multipoint inspections, and any other needed repairs for my Z4. I like how they provide shuttle pickup/dropoff, i didnt need to use it as much but when you need to leave your car for serious repairs, it is very convenient. These guys are honest and helpful in every way when it comes to servicing your vehicle. I will always recommend this shop to every single european car owners i know that live around the area.
I moved to Pleasant prairie WI. But i would not hesitate in coming down all the way to Libertyville to have them do my car service needs.
They do an excellent job in serving their customers and making them want to come back. -

(June 6, 2018, 7:55 pm)Had a problem with my Mini sunroof. Called several specialty shops much closer to my house, none of which wanted to touch a sunroof. "Too involved." "Too expensive and customers balk at the price". Etc... Called the Werk Shop, and they were like "yeah, no problem." Once they confirmed the issue, had to go back once the part arrived (sunroof motor). Repair took about 3 hours, but you can easily walk into downtown Libertyville and wait. Price was about 1/2 of what looking online suggested it would be. Everything works great. If you have a a make and model they service, bring it there.
