(December 27, 2018, 2:36 pm)I called at about 11:10 and the furnace technician was here at 11:58. Unbelievable! He fixed the issue within about 30 mins. Friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. Prices were not unreasonable considering the outside temperature and our toddler. Our house needs to be warm. Thanks for the good work.

I placed a call for service on an older Trane Heat Pump for maintenance and cleaning. Scott came out that very same afternoon and did a great job! Scott is super friendly and professional. He took the time with me to explain what was going on and how best to clean the evaporator coils on the unit to restore efficiency and tip-top performance! When he was finished he went over what service was performed and even re-opened the heat pump cabinet to show me the cleaned coils and electrical components he checked.
The heat pump is working perfectly, and I could not have asked for better service. Would definitely use Unique Indoor Comfort Heating & Cooling again in the future! Thanks again, Scott! -

I have used them for several years now and have never been disappointed in their service. I love their text system that keeps you updated on appointments and let’s you know when the tech is on the way. They even provide a photo of the service person who is coming so you know who you are letting into your home. I am very pleased with Unique and will definitely refer them to anyone who needs their services.
