(July 21, 2022, 12:49 pm)I had met with Dr. Surowiec at Condell Medical Center, due to an infection in my foot requiring surgery. He was very thorough and explained what options were available and potential outcomes.
After the surgery, I had consistent follow up visits to ensure that I was on the road to recovery and to eliminate any potential residue issues.
He was very gracious with his aid and care for myself. It is one year later and due to his skilled efforts and mine, it has been a perfect union.
I am truly grateful for all of his efforts and can not stress his partnership in ensuring my health and well being.
