(July 7, 2018, 10:19 am)Also known as the Matt Forte Hill, this sledding hill offers an awesome Sprint Hill workout. I love heading over there and try to do as many Sprints up in a 30 minute time frame.
Matt Forte, formerly of the Chicago Bears, regularly used this hill to build his explosive power during his first few seasons with the Chicago Bears. He credited his Hill Sprint workouts at this park to helping him have a breakout season his second year with the Chicago Bears
