“I came in like any person needing a root canal... late in the day and in dire straits. ???? DDS Sommercorn slid me into the schedule and got me on the way to healing. It was a bad situation of my tooth being to be reroot canal and many other endodontic offices didn't want to take me on. She was very gentle, her assistants are great and will come back if I need her again. No offense... I hope I don't. However, if you do, don't hesitate. Her prices are great also. I called at least 10 DDS looking to get this done and other offices are at least $300+ more.”

“Smiley, happy, healthy, beautiful mouth & teeth are what I am enjoying! And feeling a bit more educated, too - cuz Doctor Hernandez gets down like I do with the spitting of knowledge. And has more of an Integrative Holistic approach to Dentistry - regarding prevention, nutrition, water drinking, & mentioning of high quality supplements (I just wished they were retailed at the Office - that would be more convenient). The Doctor is intelligent, takes care & time to communicate w the patients, is unrushed & thorough, has a very gentle demeanor (I've also observed interactions with Children - I was impressed!, much closer to Angel than I!), steady / capable / confident hands, with an eye for beauty. And is tri-lingual, I believe : English, Spanish, and (imperfect) Portuguese. Dentist for 25+ years, small practice owner (in North Suburb of Chicago) for 15+. .. Did I mention I also love his Staff?- Tootsies! :-) I have been to very high-end, fancy offices (which this is not, although located in Lovely Libertyville, IL) - but nothing about appearance matters more to me than personality, aptitude, great results (did I mention the expert repair done post camping trip chipped tooth?), and cleanliness / sanitation.- oh, & the office has 'clean' natural soap for Patient & Staff hand-washing. Super pleased. Will be back - in 6 months (but hopefully not before). ;-)”

“Every time I go in to see Dr Polito and his assistants, I leave feeling that dental care is more than cleaning and caring for my teeth. His professionals use state of the art equipment and take the time necessary to remove all plaque and thoroughly clean my teeth. “The place to go for your root canal!! Nothing like celebrating upcoming 50th with my first root canal, so you can imagine how nervous I was! Dr Showers was referred to me by Dr Martinez, and I couldn't be happier or more relieved!! The staff were all super friendly and calm, which made me less anxious. Dr Showers explained everything to me, taking his time, I had no pain whatsoever. Today, I am following up as part of their free recheck program, and my xray was good! I feel lucky because as Emily, the friendly staff on shift today explained, all teeth are different, but even if something had not gone well, I feel that I am in good hands with the Dr Showers team!
