He is a great listener, which allows him to assist his clients with their chiropractic and dietary needs swiftly and efficiently. Furthermore, he is great at explaining these chiropractic and dietary issues with his clients in simple terms, allowing for a more comprehensive understanding and continuum of care plan through his clients outside the office. I have been visiting Dr. Wally since a back injury at the age of 9, and he has consistently made me feel comfortable and relieved my pain and stiffness with each visit. His office is a bit of a drive from where I live now, but it is absolutely worth the trip! ”

I had to decide whether to go with the insurance company's decision to declare the van a total loss, or pay extra to have it repaired, since I wanted to continue to use that van. Platinum walked me through the key points of that decision, and I really valued their counsel. Decided it wasn't worth it to have it repaired.
