She's very sweet and effortlessly swept away whatever concerns I had; thoroughly explaining all the material so it was all easy to understand. I enjoyed my visit. Not once did I feel nervous about possibly jumping into something I couldn't keep up with. What I want to get out of this whole experience is attainable, which Heather helped me realize. ????????

This is the place to go if you want to learn about the program, they will explain everything. Thanks!! - Update: I had my aligners delivered just barely after 2 weeks and already starting the program. I'm amazed & super excited! You guys could not have been better or faster.

(November 29, 2018, 3:15 pm)As soon as I got to my appointment I was greeted by Jillian and Heather. The space is warm, inviting and super cute. Heather and Jillian instantly made me smile and laugh. They made it a very fun experience. Heather explained everything to me beforehand, as she was doing it and even after. I had a great experience at this smile shop and would highly reccomend it to anyone thinking about smile direct club. Take a visit, meet Heather and Jillian, you wont be disappointed!!

They helped guide me through each step, talked me through each process, and showed me demonstrations of how to properly use the products. I highly recommend going to these two ladies if you have questions about Smile Direct - they make a great team!

(October 22, 2018, 4:07 pm)Heather and Jillian was so nice and comforting that assured I was making the right investment with my money. They were very informative and helpful as well. I really enjoyed that the employee's invested into the product themselves to assure customers that the brand and/or product is of standards that is being broadcast. The facility was very clean and kept like it was brand new. The service exceeded my expectations. If I could give them 10 stars out of 5 I would. Please make sure you visit the Highland Park facility you won't be sorry!
