(October 16, 2018, 8:14 am)I had the purple sweet potato ice cream and it was delicious! Not too sweet and not too milky. You can definitely taste the sweet potato.
There's plenty of seating and this cafe is a cute place to take and post pictures. -

The hot summer days certainly made the paletas even more enticing, but these didn't need the heat to highlight how yummy they were!
This ice cream shop is tucked away into a corner in the Highland/Highwood community, but they pack a mighty punch! The paletas are made of real milk, fruit juice and fruits or nuts inside them, hence you are tasting the true flavors you ordered!
I had the pistachio paletas and I loved it. Pistachio is my favorite but unfortunately it is usually a hit or miss, especially when artificial flavors are used; some of the bad ones even tastes like soap in them! Fotunately, the pistachio paletas here were soooo good! You can taste the milk and see the actual roasted and crushed pistachios in them!
There are so many more flavors of paletas here and some I can't even pronounce nor have any idea what they are or how they taste like. So this means we will be back to try it out!
