I am new to CrossFit but have never felt out of place... everyone here is very supportive. I get feedback on my form which is important to me and some good advice on recovery and maintenance. All in all .. I highly recommend this box! -

(November 21, 2017, 3:29 pm)This is an excellent sized gym with plenty of space. I'm a taller man so I was happy to see so many pull up bars at a friendly height to also do muscle ups on. Highly recommended!
