Jeremy Kruse Acting Training at Gorton Drama Studio

I’ve been working with Jeremy for 3 months now. I’ve taken private lessons with him as well as group lessons in his adult acting sessions. I consider taking Jeremy’s acting classes to be one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself as a person and as a professional. Jeremy genuinely cares about each of us and tailors his advice to what each and every one of his students wants to achieve. He’s created an environment that is positive and uplifting. The other adults who are enrolled in his group sessions are such a great time to be around and I will forever remember getting to work with them! Acting can be intimidating if it’s your first time and Jeremy is a true artist at making you feel comfortable around him and all of your other classmates. He’s great at giving you constructive criticism when needed. Jeremy is an expert at the craft of acting and he knows the industry inside and out. He has the background to prove it. The Gorton Center is an absolutely STUNNING facility where all of his classes take place and I think I speak on behalf of all my other classmates when I say how grateful we are to work there.

I can’t even begin to express what his classes have done for me personally, and with the aspirations to pursue this as a career, I know Jeremy is there for me every step of the way professionally. 

I’m proud to call Jeremy a mentor and a friend.

I was interested in taking acting lessons after retirement. Wasn't sure how to pursue this. Luckily for me I found Jeremy. He was just what I was looking for. One on one lessons from someone who is more than qualified. He's knowledgeable in all aspects of not only being an actor but all things acting, producing, directing and writing. He's extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone any age who is interested in seeing what acting is all about. You won't be disappointed. I'm excited to see where this journey takes me.

Jeremy Kruse is such a wonderful teacher! He is kind but honest and extremely knowledgeable about the business and art of acting. He’s a good listener and responsive to all my concerns. I look forward to our lessons and feel positive about myself afterwards. I only wish I’d taken lessons from him when I was younger! He never makes me feel foolish for taking acting lessons as an older adult. I’ve taken acting lessons from him for almost a year now and recommend him to anyone of any age who wants to be an actor.

Jeremy is an excellent teacher and acting coach. With his training and support, my son felt confident on his first acting showcase and already got offers from talent agents. We needed an urgent coaching session after applying for a Broadway audition, and Jeremy was prompt and flexible to help him. If you are looking for a professional and kind acting/coaching instructor, Jeremy is the right choice!

Words can’t express how much I appreciate Jeremy. I’ve learned so much and so excited to learn more. He is the best acting coach! He is very professional, experienced, and provides meaningful feedback. His classes are what will differentiate you from another actor. I even bought his book! After each lesson, I feel very motivated and I feel like I can accomplish anything. I learn and grow so much after each session. If you don’t have Jeremy as acting/improv coach then don’t be surprised if I do better in an audition than you ;)
