  Professional -expert -caring. The whole staff is great to deal with - so important (what good is a great doctor if the staff is rude and difficult to deal with?). I go to Andrea for cleaning and she is the best for me. In a pinch, I've been to the others, and to be fair, they are wonderful too. Dr. Rosenblatt is pleasant, knows what he is doing, has the top-of-the-line latest and greatest equipment, and has complete integrity. Go here.

  Richard is simply the best dentist I ever had! I had had a same day crown put on in Florida with another dentist using the Cerec technology a week before flying up to Chicago to visit my mom recently. Cerec technology is really superior technology for making a crown (it is made on the same visit!) than is using the old fashioned method of making a temporary crown (which takes two visits over a two week period), but unfortunately, a piece of that new crown I had made in Florida broke off a few days later in the Orlando airport when I was eating pizza, right before flying to Chicago. So when I flew home to Lake Forest, Illinois that day, my mom immediately called her dentist, who is Richard Rosenblatt. He fit me in the same day for an emergency appointment to take a look at what went wrong with the crown that was made in Florida. He then made an emergency appointment for a few days later as soon as he could manage to squeeze me in, and then subsequently remade a brand new Cerec crown to a slightly thicker spec which made a stronger crown which is holding fast perfectly to this day!
  He was really professional, informative, patient and fun and friendly to be around. I felt to be in very capable hands and he apparently is one of the leading trainers of other dental technicians on the Cerec crown fabricating machine, so he knew how to make the crown perfectly! The final thing that really showed what a great guy he is, is that he only charged me a nominal fee to redo my crown, in support of his fellow dentist in Florida who is part of the 'Cerec family', as he put it. So that way, I didn't have to ask for a full refund from the previous dentist, as he had done his best as well, even though it didn't work out. So I highly recomend Richard and I feel I made a friend as well. Everyone in the office were very kind and it really feels like a family there that cares about the patient more than themselves.   Dr. Richard Rosenblatt & his team are wonderful! I've hated & avoided going to the dentist due to a past experience with another provider - I'm talking full on panic attacks. His team has been wonderful in helping me overcome that by always telling me what to expect and helping to coach me through the process. One of the assistants even held my hand the whole time during a filling. I'm so glad I found a dentist I can trust!
