“My first time using Donna's Custom Flowers to send flowers was absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a Florist. I called right when they opened, and Donna (The owner I am assuming) picked up the phone immediately. She was courteous, and extremely accommodating. After I placed my order, she informed me that it would be delivered that morning (Placed the order at 9AM, went out at 10AM). This is the thing that I was truly astounded by; before Donna was going to make the delivery, she sent me a text message with a photo of the floral arrangement that I ordered (Stunning Beauty Bouquet) and I NEVER had that happen with any other Florists that I have done business with. I posted the picture she sent me in the photo section. She went above and beyond to ensure that my flowers got sent to a beautiful young woman who captured my heart.
