(August 28, 2018, 11:27 am)I rented at the Wheatlands for 12 years. They make it so easy to want to continue to rent there. I have recenly moved because I bought a house. The apartment and common grounds are well maintained. The pool and gym are nice amenities. A full sized washer and dryer in the apartment is very convenient. The optional enclosed garage space is awesome. The office and maintenance staff respond very quickly. My stay there was enjoyable. If I were in the market for an apartment again, The Wheatlands would be my first choice.

We lived there for 3 years, The floor plans are excellent, buildings are very well maintained, nice pool and the gym .The office staff and the maintenance staff are great. They were always very friendly and responsive. Any request would be addressed in a day or less. I give it a 5 stars.

(February 20, 2018, 6:46 pm)We have enjoyed living at the Wheatlands so much that we are getting ready to renew our lease. The apartments are quiet, the pool is nice during warm weather, and we enjoy the fun holiday parties the complex puts on. They know how to involve their residents and make sure that they enjoy where they live. The management staff is quick to respond to maintenance request, and are always nice and helpful. We also love that they are cat friendly. Our home wouldn't be the same without our 2 fur babies.
