I've been seeing Dr McNeil for a long time since 1989. It disturbs me to see a low reviews of him. He uses his phone and computer to help you. He's the most knowledgeable Dr I know that's why I've stuck with him! He cares so much! He's thorough and concise and will stay with you for every step of your treatment, will consider many options and knows your needs. Medically manage you forever if need be! Great person to know! Dr McNiel is very insightful
Abt is extremely kind and knowledable about the true core rules of psychiatry. She doesn’t stray off path from the known effective treatment methods. As a dual diagnosis patient, it is very important to me to know my RNP is not experimenting. She sticks to the rule book, analysis the situation, and makes logical decisions. Also, not a steamroller. It is definitely a relationship where my input is valued.

I couldn't say enough great things about Dr. McNeil as a psychiatrist and as a person. There is no health professional I look forward to seeing like I do Dr. McNeil. He has a way about him that is understanding, compassionate and more personally validating than I've ever experienced. You can feel how much he truly cares when he listens and speaks to you. I truly could go on. If you can get an appointment with him, make him your psychiatrist for life!
