Dr. Patel is so nice. He helps patients not be so worried and to relax. He keeps people happy and is very funny. Dr. Patel and his assistant make sure I am comfortable and okay. He's great!
Had an amazing experience here!!! Very friendly and warm atmosphere. The staff are especially welcoming, friendly, and informative. I've always had a fear of the dentist but Dr. Patel was very informative and a pleasure to talk to... I have no doubt this branch will become my new home for dental care and upkeep.
Dr. Patel is very thorough and a good clinician. He is courteous and has a reassuring chair side manner. He takes time to explain everything and did not make me feel rushed. We lived near his office and moved about an hour away, but still go to him. The front office and reception staff were very courteous and mindful of my time. They also went the extra step to explain all of the financial/insurance details for my crown installations so there were minimal surprises.
I'm not sure what office the other individual went to, but it certainly was not the office I had the pleasure of visiting.
When I first scheduled my appointment, I was a bit nervous. It had been a while since I had seen a dentist. The girl that scheduled me was pleasant and took the time to reassure me and answer all of my questions. She was able to get me an appointment that easily fit into my schedule.
When I arrived at the office, I was greeted with a smile. After completing my paperwork, I was brought immediately into a treatment room and introduced to the dental assistant. Once again, I was greeted with warmth and made to feel very welcome and comfortable.
X-rays were taken, and after a surprisingly short time, Dr. Patel came in to introduce himself to me. He was warm and personable. He sat and addressed all my concerns and issues.... and actually took the time to sooth my nerves. I didn't feel rushed or spoken down to, but the exact opposite.
We discussed the work that needed to be done to bring my oral care back to where it needed to be. He explained that we would work in stages and at my personal pace so that I remained comfortable during each step of my treatment.... and as I left that day, I was completely relaxed about the next visit.... Which I scheduled before I left that day.
When I came back for my next visit, I was again greeted with a smile and brought back to my treatment room. I was amazed that I didn't have to wait... This was a happy first. I was shown what treatment Dr. Patel was planning to do that day... as well as an estimate of cost and insurance coverage. I found that knowing beforehand helped. I'm not really big on surprises.
As we proceeded with my work that day, I found that Dr. Patel was very gentle and spoke to me during the entire procedure. Making sure that I was comfortable and explaining what he was doing as he did it.
My experience was actually...... enjoyable!! Yes, I said that about a dental visit! I have since brought my son and daughter to his office with equally positive experiences.... and have even convinced my husband to go.
I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Patel for all your dental needs.
Great Dentist - Great Experience A+++ - I have extensive dental issues and have horrible anxiety issues in the chair. He was kind and patient. Made sure to explain everything he was going to be doing before beginning the work. Took the time answer my questions and address my concerns. He Made %110 I as completely numb and asked numerous times throughout the work if I was in any pain or discomfort. He performed an extensive deep cleaning over numerous appointments and we put together a road map to get my mouth back in order. I would recommend him to family and friends without a second thought and plan to be seeming him for as long as he is still in practice in the area. I have had some horrible experience in the past and Dr. Patel has restored my faith in dentistry.
