  I had a great experience when purchasing my bike from M and M Cyclery. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to test the bike before making my purchase. I would definitely recommend both stores to my friends.
  I had to take it in for a derailer adjustment recently and I was in and out in a few minutes

  I walked into M&M with a ton of questions, Pete Lemme helped me out and put me on a bike that was exactly what I was looking for. Much better experience than the big box stores that I had previously visited while shopping around. I would highly recommend M&M and will be a repeat customer.

  This was my first visit to the store, and I was impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. They listened to what I was looking for, and suggested I check out the bike fitting computer at the Mundelein store. This was very helpful. We've already returned to buy new helmets, and again the assistance in finding the right fit was excellent.

  Norman was fantastic in helping me pick out the bike that was right for me. Always patient and he listened to what I said so he understood what I really did want. Great service at pick up time as well! Would give M&M a 5+++ rating. Definitely recommend.
