  I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kathy Stevens for over 15 years, I also brought my mom to get her hearing aid. It’s important to find someone you trust when your getting aids and Kathy explains everything from the minute you sit down to see her up until your aids are delivered. Having my hearings aids are a very important part of my life and having Kathy making sure they are working properly Is such a comfort to me. Erika always gets me in if it’s a last minute appointment even if I have to see one of the other Drs. in the practice. One thing that’s important to me is I never feel like i’m being rushed, your concerns and questions are always taken care of before you leave. Everybody’ professional, friendly and dog friendly!!! I would certainly recommend anyone to go see anyone at Long Grove Audiology.

  If I could give Dr. Stevens and every single staff member at Long Grove Audiology TEN stars, I would! Not only is this one of the warmest and most friendly medical offices I've ever been to, but their stellar customer service is off the charts. I have been in the health-care field for almost 30 years, and would refer anybody I know to this office. They are professional, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and go way above and beyond the call of duty, in order to help the patient. I could not be more impressed, and look forward to many more years of working with Dr. Stevens, Erika, and the entire staff at Long Grove Audiology!
