Move Studio Pilates & Fitness is the best in offering professional, customer-caring fitness for all types of clients-even an "older" Marine like me. Move Studio gives me their heart and caring with every class. Challenging and motivational. All instructors guide me to get our of my workout more than I ever could by myself-with safety. Move Studio is not a cookie-cutter studio like all the others. I want to thank Emily, Wendy, and Bev. We love this gym. We frequent the climbing wall and utilize the kids academy and the pool. Everything is top notch, and unlike other gyms, they're always improving

Since coming to classes here, I'm looking forward to my workouts at the end of the workday. The energy is so positive, and the workouts are fun and challenging. I wanted to try Pilates and this studio seemed like a good place. Can't say enough good things about Emily and everyone I've met so far. As a middle-aged guy with no exposure to Pilates prior to my first session, I wasn't sure what to expect. But they've been great and have helped me learn the basics and get stronger really quickly. .I'm a big fan!

After trying out a few studios I found Emily and have been training with her for 6 years. She is kind, motivating and an expert at what she does. My teenage daughter also trains with her and she looks forward to it every week. All of the staff at Move Studio is professional and will do their best at modifying any exercise if needed. I also go to their spin classes and they are both fun and challenging. Thanks Move Studio !!
