I am a mother of two and I was inspired to start swim lessons after reading about its immense health benefits. I NEVER swam before; so the biggest natural obstacles for me were my own fears. A group class would not work due to my very busy schedule. Streamline offered one-on-one classes at my gym – so it was an obvious and lucky choice for me. Milo is a patient and respectful instructor; he tweaks his techniques to help me make progress when I stall. Thanks to Milo and to Streamline, I am now able to add elegant, calming swimming to my health and fitness regimen.
My 5 year old son has been working with JoJo and she's done wonders with teaching him to swim and to just be comfortable in water. She really loves working with kids, and it shows: my son made huge progress over the last 3 months or so. Jojo makes it fun and my son couldn't be happier. This has been a great experience so far and a worthy investment, for sure. I would strongly recommend JoJo to anyone who is looking for a swim coach for their child.
Thanks to Jojo, both my kids improved in their swimming - Streamline was a great find for us! We were looking for a more "private" setting, both kids are a bit older (between 11 and 14) and did not want to do a public class - we also wanted to get them stronger so that they could "pass" their camp swim tests, etc. My son who had always been more reluctant in swimming, just took off. They both took to Jojo's calm, patient nature, and learned not only for what we were looking for, but truly improve the skills they had and learn/relearn the skills they were not strong in. We will be continuing with them whenever we have breaks from other sports to keep up with this lifetime skill!!
Great place for kids to learn swimming. Coach Milo does a great job teaching competitive strokes with a positive and motivating approach. Our son really likes coach Milo and has made a lot of progress. We are very happy with this place and plan to bring our younger one here for swimming lessons when she is ready.
